Our Story
Kob Chai means “thank you” in Lao, and gratitude is at the heart of why I roast. Coffee has become one of the simple ways I show appreciation by making something fresh and sharing it with the people around me.My coffee journey started at home. I wanted to learn how to make a great cup myself, using beans I enjoy and having more control over freshness, flavor, and how each cup is made.There’s nothing wrong with a great café, but I discovered something especially satisfying about making good coffee at home. That curiosity eventually led me to roasting my own beans, learning through experimentation, and sharing coffee with family and friends.Kob Chai Coffee grew from that experience and from gratitude for the people and moments shared around a good cup.My hope is to inspire others to enjoy making great coffee at home too with fresh beans, a little curiosity, and a cup made exactly the way you like it.
